The researcher’s Night is a Europe-wide public event dedicated to science and learning. It takes place each year on the last Friday of September. Around 30 countries and over 300 cities are involved.
All the events are supported by the European Commission as a part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions, funded under the Horizon 2020 programme, to boost the careers of researchers.
NeCS researchers Davide Ferraris (ESR3) and Martin Kolar (ESR4) from UMA, and Daniel Bastos (ESR11) from BT participated in the event held in Malaga on the 28th of September 2018. They explained to visitors issues about trust in information exchange and security of the Internet of Things.
