The SEC conferences are a series of well-established international conferences on Security and Privacy. SEC is the flagship event of the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) Technical Committee 11 (TC-11).
The International School on Foundations of Security Analysis and Design FOSAD is a one-week yearly school on cyber-security held in Bertinoro (Italy) in August-September. The main aim of the FOSAD school is to offer a good spectrum of current research in foundations of security - ranging from programming languages to analysis of protocols, from cryptographic algorithms to access control policies and trust management - that can be of help for graduate students and young researchers from academia or industry that intend to approach the field.
Objectives and contents:
This is a general course introducing to the methods of science and research. The goal is to teach students the fundamental notions and concepts underlying scientific and technological research, with a focus on Information and Communication Technology.

The International School on Foundations of Security Analysis and Design (FOSAD) will held its 16th edition from 29th August to 3rd of September at the University Residential Center of Bertinoro as in the previous editions.
Cybercamp 2015 is the meeting place for young talents, families, entrepreneurs and anyone interested in cybersecurity. It was held in the BarclayCard Center of the Community of Madrid from 27 to 29 November.
Carmen Gago, postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Languages and Computer Science of the University of Malaga, gave a talk in Cybercamp last Sunday, 28th November to explain how NeCS will create an active research and training community in Europe for Cyber Security.
